Now commencing its afternoon tea on the 1st of September with a focus on meticulous craftwork by its pâtissiers.
This unique afternoon tea offers delicate and elaborated savoury and sweet pieces which will change accordingly to the seasonal ingredients.
As the very first season, the course starts with an olive oil ice cream with an accent of clementine, followed by a mango dish inspired by camellia flower, choux a la cream garnished with almond flower petals, Alain Ducasse Chocolat sable, and the “Carre Channel,” the most celebrated signature dessert at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo with an iconic Channel’s camellia.
These 7 pieces of the sweets by our pâtissier are created likewise the delicate Haute Couture by the maison of Channel and in addition, each pieces are made based on the philosophy of Alain Ducasse’s culinary, which emphasises on succulent natural flavour of the ingredients with low level of fat, sugar and salt.
As to complete the whole of our experience, we offer two savoury pieces (Lobster Tartine and Tacos with Akage Wagu) with a glass of Champagne, which would make a mini degustation course to enrich your luxurious time.
