Reservations and Cancellations
When can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made from the same day two months in advance both by phone and on the website.

What time is the last entry time?
You can entry untill 1:00 p.m. for lunch, and untill 7:30 p.m. for dinner.
Do I have to order a course meal when I make a reservation?
We accept reservations for only table for up to 4 persons, but for groups of 5 or more, we ask that you decide on the menu in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we may not be able to meet your request depending on the reservation situation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will be charged 100% of the course price.
For table only reservations, the cancellation fee is ¥14,000 for lunch reservations and ¥18,000 for dinner reservations.

About foods and beverages
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. We will do our best to accommodate them. We would appreciate it if you could contact us by phone or e-mail in advance.
Do you have an a la carte menu?
No, we do not. We offer courses. We have a course style menu where you can choose your favorite appetizer, main dish, and dessert after you arrive at the restaurant.
Do you have a menu for chiledren?

Do you have message plates?
Yes, we can write your message on a chocolate plate for free. Please let us know the contents of your message by phone or e-mail.

Can I reserve the whole restaurant?
Yes, we can accommodate up to 46 people seated. There is a guaranteed minimum charge, so please inquire by phone or e-mail.
Can I make a reservation for a group?
Yes, we can accommodate groups of 5 to 28 people during regular restaurant hours.
About coming to the restaurant with children
Is there an age limit?
Yes. The age limit is 12 years old or older.
Can I enter with a stroller?
