Thinking of traveling to France?

The full heat of summer has finally arrived, and today I must tell you that after serving as general manager for four years, my term has come to an end. As my first stay in Japan, I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to all of you for the warm support I have received and the new friendships I have made. I hope to put the valuable experience I have gained here to good use in the world of French gastronomy. Thank you.

”La vie en Rosé” ~ Together with rosé wine

This summer at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, we invite you to discover a unique selection of rosé wines at a special price.



”La vie en Rosé”
Dates: July 17 (Thu.) ~ August 31 (Sun.), 2014
Details: Available for both lunch and dinner, you may choose from 5 select varieties of rosé wine.

1,500 yen ~ 2,000 yen per glass or three half-size glasses of your choice for 2,500 yen.

2013 Corse Calvi cuvée Vignola - Domaine Renucci
2012 Côtes de Provence Reserve Rosé - Château Saint-Baillon
2012 Côtes de Provence Ikon Rosé - Château Hermitage St-Martin
2012 Bandol Rosé - Domaine Gros Noré
2013 Bandol Rosé - Domaine de la Tour du Bon

A Champagne Rosé will also be available for 2,000 yen.

(All prices are inclusive of tax and exclusive of service charge.)

During the event period, a 9,000 yen and 13,000 yen full-course meal will be offered for both lunch and dinner only for 2 tables per day. Please inform us in case that you request when you make a reservation.
We hope you will enjoy pairing your wine with a variety of dishes.

We have one more wine event for the summer.

Please bring your favorite wine to Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo. No corkage fee will be charged. This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy your best bottle of wine in a perfect marriage with fine cuisine.

Dates: July 17 (Thu.) ~ August 31 (Sun.), 2014
Details: Available for both lunch and dinner, limited to four groups per day.
Lunch :9,000 yen and 13,000 yen regular full-course meal or 18,000 yen full-course meal complementing the wine you bring.
Dinner:18,000 yen and 24,000 yen regular full-course meal or 18,000 yen full-course meal complementing the wine you bring.

・Please inform us of the wine you will be bringing when you make a reservation.
・In case you leave your wine in advance, our sommelier will make sure to store and decant it accordingly.
・Only one bottle of wine per reservation is allowed.
