From the kitchen this month  ~Asparagus

Spring has come ! Asparagus is good ! We are offering the finest asparagus that our Executive Chef, Kei Kojima has directly found at a farm in Isehara, Kanagawa prefecture. They are particularly good with sweet taste and the texture. Although they are almost 50cm long, we can find a very good taste even with the roots. We can offer it all ; the upper part shall be cooked whole and the lower part is for processing to puree.
