Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo is pleased to announce the holding of an early autumn event. At this Special Dinner, select wines of the season are introduced by Gérard Margeon, Chef Sommelier of Group Alain Ducasse.



This popular Special Wine Dinner combines seasonal cuisine with select valuable wines.
The theme of the upcoming dinner is “Château Pavie.”

Grape cultivation on the slopes of Pavie Hill, the preeminent terroir in the town of Saint-Émilion, began in the 4th century. Château Pavie has grown from this venerable site. In 2012, the winery was promoted to Premier Grand Cru Classé (A), first rank of the Classification of Saint-Émilion wine. In both history and deed, Château Pavie continues to flourish as a top chateau. The Special Dinner will be an extraordinary marriage of cuisine and wine. Executive Chef Kei Kojima will create a delicate seasonal course which bridges the flavors of summer and autumn, while Chef Sommelier Gérard Margeon will introduce carefully-selected wines.
