Information on the Special Christmas Menu and Christmas Cake

Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo’s executive chef Kei Kojima has imagined a special Christmas menu, honoring the season and the noblest produces, to celebrate together the Holydays in Tokyo.
To experience and indulge in the Christmas spirit, Sylvain Constans, our pastry chef, is happy to bring you our exclusive Bûche de Noël, specially elaborated for the occasion and only available at Beige. This year‘s Christmas cake presents a delicate flavor of raspberry, combining jelly and mousse for an aerial sensation.
