Special Christmas Menu

For Christmas this year at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, we will be using the menu for a meal traditionally served on New Year’s Eve at Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse in Monaco, Ducasse’s flagship restaurant and home base for cuisine. In France, Christmas is considered a quiet family holiday, while New Year’s Eve is traditionally celebrated in a livelier manner. On New Year’s Eve, a festive dinner called réveillon, is held on a grand, party-like scale. Served at Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse as the most resplendent meal of the year, the réveillon menu will be presented this year in Tokyo as our Christmas menu.
We hope you will join us as Executive Chef Kei Kojima uses all of his talents to bring out the exquisite flavors of the French and Japanese ingredients coming into peak season.
