A Special Champagne Dinner

Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo is a Flagship of Perrier- Jouët, an artistic heritage adored and cherished by celebrities around the world. And we will hold a one-night-only banquet with special gourmet dishes and champagnes, “Perrier-Jouët“.

For this one night occasion, Mr. Anthony Deville, the Champagne Brand Ambassador of Pernod Ricard, meticulously selected 5 champagnes from the Perrier-Jouët collection. To go with the champagnes, our Executive Chef, Kei Kojima, will provide an exclusive course menu with bountiful autumn mushrooms, and our Pastry Chef, Julien Kientzler, will create desserts with figs from Niigata prepared in a variety of ways. A beautiful marriage of carefully selected ingredients and “Perrier-Jouët“ promises to be an occasion not to be missed.

Mr. Deville will be present that evening to introduce his champagne selection.

Anthony Deville

Champagne Brand Ambassador, Pernod Ricard Japan
Born in Champagne, France and raised in a family that has been in the champagne brewing business since his grandfather first started it.
After graduating from a hotel academy, Mr. Deville honed his skills and acquired extensive knowledge on wine at Enoteca Pinchiorri, a prestigious restaurant in Florence, Italy. Since moving to Japan, he has worked as the general manager for L’osier and Shangri-La Hotel before assuming the current post in 2012.
