At Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, we have prepared a new plan that can be used as a gift for a special occasion. This plan for two is built around the image of the limited Floral Edition 2004 bottle of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque, a champagne known for Émile Gallé’s anemone design. The limited edition bottle design features traditional Japanese flowers drawn together with the original anemone motif.
At your table decorated by up-and-coming floral artist Shu Onodera, you will enjoy champagne and a special meal prepared just for that day.

Shu Onodera profile
Floral and spatial designer
After attending the Sogetsu school of flower arrangement, Onodera traveled to France. There, he was greatly influenced by the worlds of fashion, art, and architecture he came into contact with while working at flower shops and ateliers. He has held shows in Paris, as well as in Tokyo upon his return to Japan. Conveying a feeling of nature — sky and mountains and rivers, his style has been received favorably. He is currently active as a spatial designer, connecting people and spaces with flowers.
