Special Wine Dinner "Château Pavie"

Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo is pleased to announce the holding of an early autumn event. At this Special Dinner, select wines of the season are introduced by Gérard Margeon, Chef Sommelier of Group Alain Ducasse.

The “CHANEL Pygmalion Days” program, which provides young artists with opportunities to perform, will be held at the CHANEL NEXUS HALL on the 4th floor of the Chanel Ginza Building. Guests who dine at “Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo” are invited to attend these July 2017 concerts.

Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo has prepared a special menu and dessert again this year for Valentine’s Day.

Now Open “The Winter Collection ‘The Allure of White Truffle’”

Our culinary haute couture presentation Collection Beige brings the best ingredients of the season to life in specially prepared courses in this final session. The “Winter Collection” that opened on November 2nd will run through the end of the month. Guests can enjoy aromatic white truffles, the best in the world, together with dishes that use abundant seasonal ingredients.

Try your luck with the Annual New Year’s Galette des Rois (Terminated)

We will serve “Galette des Rois (King Cake),” a New Year’s treat, as a small dessert to all “Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo” guests at lunch and dinner during the month of January. The guest who finds the fève in his or her cake will win a glass of champagne and chocolate as presents on the spot. And a lottery will be held at the end of the month for those who found fève in their cakes. The winners will receive wonderful prizes.

Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo’s executive chef Kei Kojima has imagined a special Christmas menu, honoring the season and the noblest produces, to celebrate together the Holydays in Tokyo.<br /> To experience and indulge in the Christmas spirit, Sylvain Constans, our pastry chef, is happy to bring you our exclusive Bûche de Noël, specially elaborated for the occasion and only available at Beige. This year‘s Christmas cake presents a delicate flavor of raspberry, combining jelly and mousse for an aerial sensation.

The Time is Now to Enjoy these Wines – “The Secret Cellar” by Château MONTROSE

We are delighted to welcome Chef Sommelier Gerard Margeon, supervisor of wines in all Alain Ducasse establishments around the world. He will share the wines of the moment in an event called “The Secret Cellar”. Nine wines have been selected from Château MONTROSE, classified as one of fifteen Deuxièmes Crus (Second Growths) around the world. Following the lecture on the wine, guests will be served a dinner course prepared just for this event.

A Treat for the New Year Join us for La Galette Des Rois

It’s happening again this New Year! We will offer La Galette Des Rois as a mignardise for all of our guests during both lunch and dinner. If you find a fève in your treat, you will receive a complimentary glass of champagne with chocolate at the table. Presenting our New Year Confection “Galette des Rois”

Galette des Rois is a popular confection enjoyed in France on the 6th of January each year, to celebrate the Epiphany (Epiphany of Christ). Traditionally, the person who receives the slice of cake containing the hidden fève (porcelain charm) is celebrated as king or queen by the entire party. As in past years, we at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo are presenting our original Galette des Rois this year.

Christmas Special Joint Plan

Executive Chef Kei Kojima will show his talents to bring you a special meal using the most luxurious ingredients from France and Japan for your enjoyment. Celebrating our tenth anniversary, Chanel’s head designer Karl Lagerfeld has designed a Christmas cake for Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo. This one of a kind cake will feature Chanel’s chic lipstick shape.

Achieving great success at each session, this event called “Great Wines by the Carafe” has become a regular event at Beige. Head Sommelier Gérard Margeon has once again carefully selected wines for you to enjoy by the glass or carafe. Please enjoy the marvelous wines with a good price.

This event has been quite popular as an easy way to enjoy the wines of prestigious chateaux either by the glass or carafe. For this session, we will present the ones of Saint-Émilion , representing as Château Angelus.

Opening of the rooftop terrace, Le Jardin de Tweed

With the coming of spring, we will be opening our rooftop terrace, Le Jardin de Tweed. Of course, the terrace is always lovely for a beverage, but we also encourage you to enjoy a light meal or dessert along with the blue sky or night view of Tokyo.

Our New Dessert

Light and hot, our souffé is coming back ! In this season, we prepare Orange Souffé containing the bitter orange marmalade with the citrus fruits sherbet. It is available only in dinner time.

As much truffle as you like!

For this event, as much black truffle as your heart desires will be sliced right at your table. These truffles will be sold by the gram at cost. The truffles used at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo are produced in the special truffle-producing area in France or Italy.

Galette de Rois – fun for the New Year

Galette de Rois is a confection enjoyed in France during the festival of Epiphany falling on January 6. When taking part in this fun tradition, the person who finds the single fève (ceramic trinket) hidden in each cake becomes king or queen for the day.

Sauternes and Dessert

From the 24th of this month, we will begin serving Château Guiraud Sauternes, a sweet wine from Bordeaux, from Imperial Bottles (six liters bottles) We invite you to try this wine with an appetizer or dessert.

Special Christmas Menu

For Christmas this year at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, we will be using the menu for a meal traditionally served on New Year’s Eve at Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse in Monaco, Ducasse’s flagship restaurant and home base for cuisine.

Les Rendez-vous culinaires ‘Londres’

For Les Rendez-vous culinaires “Monaco – Paris – Londres,” we have invited the top chefs from the three flagship of Alain Ducasse restaurants to Tokyo. Starting in May with Monaco and continuing in July with Paris, the worldview of Alain Ducasse was portrayed through the various cuisines of each chef. In November, the final stage of the event will be London.

Seasonal Menu – Steamed Ezo Abalone with Winter Vegetables

The season has arrived for ezo abalone. From now until spring, enjoy the star of the season accompanied by fresh winter vegetables, prepared carefully by Executive Chef Kei Kojima with a savory clam sauce. This is a seasonal dish you will not soon forget. It is part of the chef’s special dinner menu, but is also available a la carte and for lunch upon request. Delight in the rich tastes of winter!

Our Seasonal Dish Mallard duck and foie gras pithiviers, local salad leaves

With the abundance of wild game in winter comes our special seasonal dish, prepared with duck. Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo serves wild duck from Gifu and Niigata, caught via a traditional hunting method with nets. Because they are not subjected to excess stress, the duck is known to be extremely tender. They are delivered to us with each order, promising superb freshness.
